Liberals. Is there anything wrong in this picture?
FYI. I am not making an argument for this situation. I'm not making any comment about this situation. I am asking Liberals for their thoughts on the situation.

“ROBOSEXUAL” (HA HA)
I have no problem with such a marriage if it is purely
a religious ceremony since this marriage harms nobody.
I wouldn’t want it to be legally recognized however.
This is because the robot could eventually gain legal rights
as a spouse; rights such as unemployment insurance,
malpractice compensation settlements, etc.
This would lead to abuses of rights offered to humans.
And really, I shouldn’t pay taxes that benefit robot mates.
Can you imagine making 50 robot children for your
household and receiving financial government
assistance to raise your offspring robots?
No, no, no – I say no thanks to legal robosexual marriage.
Btw, why do you not want the republican viewpoint?
I’m a liberal residing in New York, NY, USA.

From a purely legal perspective, your argument is complete BS. An inanimate object (nor an animal for that matter) can enter a legally binding contract, which is what a marriage is. So please stop talking about men marrying their dog or whatever. A human being is not a dog or a toaster or a robot. So you cant make the comparison.
Nice try

To be honest, whatever. It is her life. It is strange, but I am in no room to make her choices. Legally, however, it should be treated differently from marriage, unless AI gets to the point of robots being capable of emotion and human-like thought.

For those people saying that she can t because it is an inanimate object ant cannot sign legal forms maybe she could program it to sign things.
