I was signed out of PSN via my PS4. I tried to sign back in and was prompted to verify my PSN account. Has this happened to anyone else?

It's just a security measure. I've never had it happen to me personally, but I've had friends that have experienced that. Just verify it and it will be a long time until it happens again (if it ever does).
