Will I even be allowed into Israel if I am a convicted felon and have a criminal record ? They are non violent felonies ...?

Wanting to convert to Judaism means more to me than anything else in the entire world and universe. Even if I was only allowed the privledge to go to Israel I would be eternally thankful for that alone. But that is not up to any rabbinical authority, that is decided by the ministry of the interior and the security forces. Torah makes me sane, and that is why the opinion of the Jewish people really do mean the world to me.
