My ex bf of two years mom, texted me saying "happy new year sweety, hope you spend it well and take care" & sent one of the bitmoji pictures lol.
I m very confused because usually when her son and I are not together, (we ve dated twice 🙄) she NEVER texts me or anything.
Like for example, the other day she asked about my Instagram because she likes my makeup looks? So I gave it to her, she followed me and of course liked my pictures.
I m just not sure what s going on, she never keeps in touch after him and I. I just need yalls opinion. Details & no rude comments please lol

Maybe she really likes you, as a friend, but was nervous about getting too friendly while you were going with her son and feels it's okay now. Another possibility is she has more than a friendly interest in you, but that could be a long shot. You'll never know for sure unless and until you ask her. If you do, then you can assess what she says and decide what, if anything, you want to do.
