If my equipment is unused, is it considered drug paraphernalia?
I own silicone concentrate containers, a gram scale, a few water pipes, a pipe, a grinder, rolling papers, and various other (brand new and unused) equipment. If an officer locates these items in my home, is it considered drug paraphernalia?

If you have a couple of pet hamsters, you could claim it is stuff for them to play with. The cops are more likely to believe that one compared to any other one you could come up with.
