I can t buy things on Walmart.com with walmart gift card?
Before this I thought a walmart gift card was somewhat useful for buying things on Walmart.com. I go to checkout a Visa gift card and it only lets me use credit cards and paypal as a payment method. WHAT THE ACTUAL **** IS A WALMART GIFT CARD EVEN MADE FOR. CONVERT REAL MONEY TO MONEY YOU CAN ONLY USE AT THEIR STORE.

It just might be that you can't buy the Visa gift card with a Walmart gift card online. Or there's another place in the checkout to enter a coupon code or redeem a Walmart gift card. Some websites have gift card redemptions as separate from payment options. I've run into that before.
