“I am Jehovah. That is my name.” (Isaiah 42:8) . There are some people who don't use his name because they don't know the correct pronunciation for YHWH. Others feel that we don't quite deserve to say his name. I feel that we should use his name because it's in the Bible nearly 7,000 times, and Jesus's name could have been pronounced differently, but they still call him Jesus. In Exodus 20:7, the Bible says that you shouldn't misuse God's name. Joel 2:32 and Acts 2:21 say that you can call on God's name.

God has no specific name. He said to Moses I am what I am because to give God a specific name is limiting him. In Bible times name were given according to your stance in life. For example Jesus is a translation of the Hebrew Yeshua which means God's Salvation or the salvation of God. God has many titles, but no specific name.
