Hypnosis doesn't work that way. It's not like what you see on TV. One person can NOT forcefully hypnotist another person. You can only be hypnotized if you first agree to be hypnotized, and you agree to relax and follow the direction of the hypnotist.
A hypnotist can't just hypnotize a guard.
Hypnotism is the same thing as meditation. You can go to youtube and watch some meditation videos. The only difference is that with a really good hypnotist, they can bring you further under then you would go on your own.
