    Agree with Papercut.

    Looks just like ringworm or some related fungal infection.

    looks like ringworm. do you have a cat or a dog? it's usually the way you catch it.

    Ringworm is a fungi that causes those kind of red round patches on your skin.

    see a doctor and get some cream and it checked out properly.
