The outdated electoral college. trying to pressure state local governments to go against, the national American peoples vote. The peoples 'popular vote' not the 'states vote' should rule. The American people are not 'states' but 'the people'.

Fundamentally, nothing, because if anything needs to be added or deleted, there are provisions to do so. The Constitution evolves to fit the needs.
