How to take out a student loan?
I'm in my second semester and I need to take out a student loan, preferably federal and not private. How do I go about this? Do I contact my school or fafsa?

You don't contact anybody. You just apply. (just like with any other type of loan.) FAFSA is the application you fill out. You certainly don't try to contact FAFSA, since as an inanimate object it has no way of answering you.
