You are correct.
In affirmative commands, you attach object pronouns to the end of the conjeguated verb. In negative commands, they go before the verb and after the no.
Affirmative: Julia, describe tu communidad becomes Descríbela.
Negative: No me digas la repuesta becomes No me la digas.
*Remember: if both object pronouns begin with the letter L, change the indirect object pronoun to se. For example:
Enrique, explícale tu punto de vista a Raquel becomes Explícaselo.
