iPad pro vs microsoft surface pro 4?

(the 12" iPad, not the 9")

Do you know if both are known to overheat/have a noisy fan?

Any other benefits/drawbacks to either?

I tend to be a windows person but since this is for professional work I am open to either.

    Hi neither will have a fan inside as there is not the space and fans go wrong. it will be just a heatsink. as for your use i would suggest you stick with what you know so the Microsoft Surface and don't forget it still needs anti virus, defender dose as good a way of dealing with the issues. You can usually expect about 3-5 years use out of such equipment.
