why Ferrari seldom scoring F1 victories since 2014 under V6 turbo hybrid era?
Since 2014-present, Ferrari in F1 only scored 3 victories (Sepang 2015 ,Budapest 2015 and Singapore 2015)

It's not necessarily anything to do with the new turbo era. They last produced a decent car in 2012, and before that in 2010 and 2008. The team has been on a generally-downward trajectory since the end of the Schumacher era, and blaming the new engines for it is a bit simplistic. Most of the engineers now think that the Ferrari engine is within 10-20 bhp of the Mercedes engine, which isn't enough to explain the huge gap in performance between the two factory teams.
