I think it's wrong because that exactly what he wanted. To be a martyr for racism. He should have to live many years so he either comes to terms with his guilt or is tortured by it for his entire lifetime.

Nope I don't agree. Oh I favor Capital Punishment when it is warranted and when I think it is in the best interest, but I don't think that is the case this time. I don't think that he would be able to get out of prison to be any sort of threat. I think Life Without Parole would be a more fitting sentence.

I think that death is too good for him. LWOP would fit his crime better.
Since he got the death penalty ... I'm in favor of a method that would be painful ... being drawn and quartered comes to mind.

Well he is banking on that there is no God and he can just dissappear. I personally believe in toture because he might be right. What kind of God would allow what he did.

Yes, there is no doubt as to his guilt and he deserves to die. I only regret that it's going to take so long.
