I have a hard time waking up every morning!?

So I wake up at 7am every weekday and do my routine to leave at 8:20. I go to sleep at around 11:30 at night and drink about 2 glasses of water. When I wake up, I feel so tired still, and unmotivated, wanting to stay in bed for the rest of the day. Willpower gets me out of bed and after a minute or two of walking around the house, I feel normal. How do I improve this?

BTW: I used to eat lots of junk food before bed and drink pop, but am now onto just a couple glasses of water before bed and a glass of warm lemon water when I wake up. However, I notice no difference.

    Boy! You're lucky if it only takes you a min or 2 to feel normal. It takes ME 4hr, no matter when I get up. :(
