Should I end the relationship for good?

Ive known this girl for 4 yrs. We were really close once and we made out a long ways back. Anyways, we got in a fight and ended it (deleted phone numbers etc). She said we could be the best ever, while she was with some guy. That made me piss, and was why we stop being friends..... anyways, we meet a month ago for the first time after a yr without talking. The moment was right and I should have kissed her but didn t because I didn t want to rush things. It really felt like she wanted me to kiss her.... Like I said, it has been one Month now and I Have texted her multiple times to hang but She was sick once, busy, etc. I told her I want to be her friend again like old times and don t care who she is dating (I was friends with her while she was dating, didnt bother me). So do I end it? I m the only one who is texting at this point. She wouldn t give me her number again unless there was something.... how do I get her to text me?
