It's been two years since we have been friends and 4 months since we talked. We stop being friends because she said we could be the best ever, aka a tease.

I cussed her out twice and she said she call the cops on me if I contact her again. I never truly apologize, only over text.... I want to write a letter and give her 40 bucks for dealing with my rudeness.(40 bucks so she doesn't call the cops). i do it in person but she said she call the cops. I know she won't forgive me and wants nothing to do with me, it's just to clear my conscious. Should I say sorry anyways and risk being called on by the cops?

This girl was my best friend once and she said we could be the best ever at one point. There was a strong bond between us, strong enough that we confused our friendship and thought about dating. I kissed her once. But anyways, instead of dating, the timing wasn t right and it went up in flames. I tried apologizing over text and she said she call the cops on me if I try to contact her again. I ve never raised my voice at her and had an argument in person.... anyways I plan to leave a letter on her car saying sorry and 40 bucks so she doesn t call the cops on me. I know she won t forgive me and want to be my friend again, but the cash is for the trouble I gave her... it s been 1 1/2yrs since we have been friends and about 3 months since we last talked. I want to apologize and be a man about this, instead of some say sorry over text... this will be the last time I ever reach out to her. I be crosssing the line but I need to speak my mind and tell her I really am sorry...

A psychic told me it would take a while before she forgives me... I don't want to wait around another year, how should I handle this? I'm not stupid to know that the way she looked at me she wanted me. She toyed with me and it was enough to 2nd guess myself. If I could take it back I kiss her again

It's clear now I messed up with this girl. I should have kissed her but always had to 2nd guess myself. I know I'm confident in my conversations and could have gotten about any other girl in this situation,but she had that something that made me act like an unconfident scaredy cat. My friend and I got into a fight and ended our relationship for a yr. she said we could be the best ever but she was with her bf (ex currently). This made me mad and was why we ended it. However, just recently we met for coffee exactly one month ago. She said she wanted to see me again, but has been busy this past month or was lying. I texted her, " do you want to see me again? I be had a weird relationship with this girl. At one point she said I'm nicer then all other dudes and make time for her. So I met this girl at a party last Friday, today is Wednesday. There was an obvious sexual attraction but I didn't kiss her.

I'm still texting her but it's on like three messages a day most. Sometimes she won't respond for hours. The last thing I want is to blow up her phone. I'm starting to think its cause of my messages( me being to weird). Do girls normally do this (take hours to respond)? Is she playing hard to get? Or is this a sign that she isn't interested?
