How do you get a girl back?

I kissed her once and she said we could be the best ever..... we stoped talking and being friends because I confronted her on "being the best ever", I cursed her out real bad over text. We didn't talk for a yr until we meet for coffee. She totally wanted to kiss me and was bragging how she was single, but after how it last played out I didn't.... we made plans to hang and she flaked on me instead of saying no to begin with(probably bc she wanted to kisss me) ....i said bad things over text again. I tried apologizing over text, told her i loved her, and she said she call the cops on me. Idk, I have never raise my voice at her, called her a bad name in person, only over text.... it started with best ever to I'll call the cops on you. It's been 6 months since we talked. I haven't apologized in person.
