Help with bluetooth headset settings?

I have a philips shb7250 bluetooth headset. When I connect it to my laptop it automatically does so using the Forward VoIP call to Handsfree option in the Services settings. The audio is terrible in this and each time I need to change it to LIsten to Music. How do I get it to select Listen to Music by default? Really appreciate a solution

    hi Pairing is what is needed with blue tooth some just don't work.

    Pair your headset with a smartphone. If thee different functions sound good with the headset, IE: calls and media,

    the issue is not your headset but drivers installed on your laptop not playing well together.
