Any one who has worked for Hilton hotels or still is please answer this question.?

OK I quite the Embassy Suites but, surprisingly I'm still getting hotel discounts from HHonors website. Now I just ran into a problem because I guess I forgot my password on the Lobby login page which. I must of tried to many times and now I am basically locked out. It says "Your Identity has been locked please give it some time and try again or consult with your admin" That was like 3 days ago and I am still locked out. I am scared to call my former boss lol I don't want them saying you can't still be using your discount you don't work here anymore.
