A guy did this to me. It really annoyed me.
I don't know why I didn't just TALK to him, and the whole thing seemed so stupid anyway.
I went up to him and said "Are we finished ignoring each other now?"
He smiled and everything went back to normal.
However, you may want to try a different approach. Find her and apologise for not speaking to her and explain you didn't feel good that day and didn't feel like it. I'm sure she'll understand if you just lay it out like that.
And maybe smile and ask her how her day was.

I dunno.
I doubt she thought of it to be honest. A lot of people don't think as clearly as we'd like to think.
Probably best if you talk to her about it.
