How hard is it to gain weight while eating very low carbs?
I am wondering. I'm 147 lb male. I eat so much and I just started a Ketogenic diet two weeks ago. I have these unbelievable food cravings. I don't want to gain weight. How has it worked in your opinion

I'd search for hidden carbs and sugar in your diet because low carb diets usually result in appetite reduction. Are you reading all the labels on dressings, dairy, condiments? Are you still eating fruit believing it;s healthy? Do you eat out often?
Just some ideas on what could possibly be going wrong. However maybe you just are so deficient in vitamins and minerals you body just cannot get enough. I know I can eat as much as I like per day if I am eating the right foods. Some days I eat more than others.
