In literature, they even do when sprinkled with it. But, as to turn the plot, some vessels with holy waters haven't been blessed by a real priest, or by a vampire who pretended to be a priest.

No. You're adulterating it in the fermentation process, and you might be adding some very unwanted pathogens since holy water is stagnant. But, I guess branch water is kind of stagnant too, and that's the best for making moonshine.
