He didn't get away with it, "INDICTED" means he is accused and will have to face trial where he will likely be convicted..

He didn't get away with anything. He was given bail and if he tried to run the bail money is forfeited. This means he gets to walk around before they convict him of murder hopefully giving him the death penalty. He still has to go to trial. It is my belief he will be convicted.

My thought is you think the justice system is unfair because you don't understand it. If you don't know what a big word means then look it up and further your education.
