Is having an identical twin reasonable doubt in a murder trial?
I ve been getting plenty of sleep but I still feel tired.

No, at least not always. There have been cases where there were identical twins, but they were still able to identify which one was guilty. There have also been cases where apparently the wrong twin was convicted. See: http://www.nydailynews.com/news/crime/identical-tw...

For DNA being the sole evidence you mean? No, you'd have to show it was possible for your sibling to have committed the crime. He/she would have had to be in the same location, have a motive, etc.
DNA is rarely the sole evidence.
