That should be pretty obvious. Every crackpot can set up a blog or webpage and post unsubstantiated opinions on it. The point of peer-reviewed articles is that the research has been reviewed by other recognized experts in the field to verify that the research methodology or information is valid and correct.

Those sources are much more respectable and looked over by professionals where as anyone can post on the general internet
