Jokes aside, from what I've read on his answer, I don't think he was threatening you of rape. He was certainly disrespectful but I don't think he meant to suggest it'd be forced. I guess he just thinks you secretly want sex and thus would like if he, well did what he said he'd do.
DISCLAIMER: I'm not defending anyone, I just try to be as unbiased and objective as I can. And hopefully make this place slightly more peaceful.
