And we can force non-drivers to buy car insurance in order to pay for it!

You must have fully paid up insurance coverage on your vehicle before any

accident occurs. No pre existing damage or problems of any type would be

    covered.

Nope, you are required to have insurance in order to drive a car.

That's definitely NOT how it works. They don't fix pre existing damage. You have to submit pictures of your vehicle when you get insurance so they have a record of it's condition when you got the policy. No insurance covers something that happened before you purchased the insurance. Insurance companies would be broke if they operated that way.

    Your idea is called fraud.

If the Congress cared about the little guy at all there would be universal health care paid for by taxes.

No; You should invest that money in a remedial English course instead.

Sure, if you can pull it off.

    No.

But you don't HAVE to buy a car now do you, genius?

Yeah I've wrecked my body with drug abuse and now want to pick a Health Care plan.
