It depend on the breeds you like. Poodle mixes are friendly and tolerant. They also don't shed, but will need grooming, trimming.

It might be good for you to go to a showing of an animal rescue league and see what they have available. Most leagues try very hard to make a good match - that way both the animal and the person will be happy. You can find them at your local pet supply stores on weekends.

You can also look on www.petfinder.com, and type in your own zip code for the search.

Additionally, you could try the local animal shelters and Humane Societies. Dogs who are there most often have done nothing wrong, but just ended up in the wrong hands. Find a dog you bond with.

Read books by Cesar Millan about training.

Most dogs shed to some extent, but the ones whose fur grows long (like Poodle mixes or Shih Tzus) don't shed. But, yes, they need proper grooming or their fur will become brittle and then break off with brushing, little by little. They need bathing each 2 or 3 weeks if their fur is longer.

Dogs with especially short fur may need less grooming and seem not to shed as much, simply because their fur is so short. Miniature Pinchers have short fur, and many other breeds.

Most dogs who bond with you will help you to feel good. They love to be with their owners, and like to do things, too. Be sure you are ready for a dog, and able to provide the care it will need.

If you aren't ready to have a dog and keep it, you can become a foster for an animal rescue league. Then, you can see what it is like to have a dog, and what different sorts of dogs are like. But, do be ready to give the dog up, when a suitable home is found. Or, be sure the league knows if you decide you would like to keep it. Then, also be ready to pay for the pup. Don't fool with rescue leagues. Do what they ask, and be sure you understand what is expected, if you decide to become a foster. It can be very rewarding.

The entire world has stress and EMOTIONS, none NEED a damn dog, they need to figure out whats causing the problem and work on it.

YOU need to learn to spell and also that life is stressful, but, with the right attitude and hard work, ANYTHING can be achieved.
