What is the process of getting a Hedgehog breeders license in Georgia? Requirements?

How many animals am I required to own with a Georgia hedgehog breeders license? Am I required to breed and sell them or can I just own them? What cage/housing requirements are there?

We've owned hedgehogs in the past but have since moved here where they are not legal as pets. BUT in Georgia you CAN have a breeders license and own, breed and sell them (only sell out of state or to other breeders). Nutrition and housing requirements aren't an issue but just want to be up to standards for inspection. I'm curious about the whole process, never had to go through it. My mom wants a hedgehog (or two) again, we do NOT want to breed them. We want them as pets and are extremely responsible pet owners, with plenty of vet references and experience in animals, and are not "Oh lets buy this" then sell it two weeks later kind of people. We keep our animals until God decides it's their time, or find excellent homes under contract (however the Hedgehogs will be here forever)

Georgia is one of those states that do not permit hedgehogs at all, Until those laws change, there is no permit you can get to keep or breed hedgehogs.
