So Valentines Day tomorrow, yeah yeah I know some people do it and some don't but it's still a special day so get over it. We've been together 2 months, I got her milk tray chocs, a card, some prosecco and a bunch of roses, do you think she'll appreciate it?

It's very common. A girl appreciates something from the heart, not something that takes no thought. Chocolates will get ate, roses die. Something that she can keep and treasure would have been better. Such as a necklas, a picture of you together, or even a playlist of her favorite songs.
However reading some of the comments you've wrote on the other answers and the way you worded the question, it sounds like you're looking more for her praise than her enjoyment.

Simple, bland and too overboard. How many 10's of millions of other guys will be doing the same thing? All 4 of them require exactly NO imagination. If you want to impress a girl you need to do something out of the ordinary. I've been married over 23 years and I wrote my wife a poem about a week ago. They're actually lyrics (verse, verse, chorus, verse, chorus) about our time together. I will put the lyrics in a frame so she can hang it on the wall. Unfortunately, the song composition isn't finished yet.
