Well america is at least a third of their population so if they do they'll definitely bankrupt their economy further. As far as americas space program, we are sending robots to these places ( which saves lives money and resources)so unless we find concrete evidence of life or stability what's the point. We are already swimming in debt, why drown?

Among a line of United States Presidents, the very last in a line is a rampaging party clown. Apparently, the choice came down to him and Hillary.
