I couldn't remember the name of the site, so I put "pet friendly rentals" into the google search bar and got http://www.peoplewithpets.com/ in .63 seconds. I don't know how complete it is and it doesn't really address dog breeds.
Apartments.com and rent.com let you apply "pet friendly" as a filter.

Never heard of any specifically for pet owners. Use the same ones as everyone else & use the pet friendly filters.
