Why were Democrats so surprised when they lost the election?

Because of the media. Every network bet on him losing and some people really believe what the news says.

It was the gravy train that they enjoyed so long that did the deed in the end. Problem for them, is that there was so many of us that were stepped on by the Left's rise to power, that all Liberals simply forgot that they needed the heartland to win. The Centers of Liberalism is New York City, San Francisco/Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Detroit, Boston, and DC. Those areas are all that Liberals care about since the rest simply do not matter.

Democrats had more money, took more bribes, Clinton had even already been paid by a Saudi Arabia's prince to serve Saudi Arabia's interests. The money said that she would win, she was supposed to rig the election to ensure it and the government agencies as well as the media were already working on covering everything up.

I was a Trump supporter but I had no hope for him knowing what he was going against.

The funny thing about it, the Democrats cheated by allowing illegal immigrants to vote and they STILL lost in a landslide!
