Hyundai's are great bang for your buck, Volvo's will be too expensive to maintain, I can't offer any insight on the Saturn because they aren't sold locally.

Option one - too many miles
Option two - too expensive to maintain
Option three - not very reliable
You need to spend more money to get a decent car. Set your budget for $2500 - $5000 minimum and your options get exponentially better.
Buying a cheap car just buys you a long list of car repairs.

What you do not count in is that fixing any of those would quickly amount to extra $1000 -2000 .... so you are better off with any honda for $3000 even if it is rusted .

No one can tell you as no one on Yahoo knows which shape these vehicles are currently in nor what the service histories are like for each of those examples.
Volvo's are typically more expensive to maintain compared to the other 2 vehicles so based on that, I'd stay away from the Volvo.
