What would you do if your bully would ask for your help?

What would you do - if a person that mentally tortured you for years, made you feel worthless and turned everyone against you - without ever suffering for it, would ask you to donate money for his cancer-ridden mom? They say she has to undergo a special treatment in less than 2 weeks or she dies - what would you do?

    I would help as much as I could. The mom never hurt you and her illness could have been the reason for all the bully's anger.
