1 liter = 1000 cubic cm
(14 * 2.54) * (11 * 2.54) * (8.5 * 2.54) cm^3 / (1000 cm^3) = x Liters
14 * 11 * 8.5 * 2.54^3 / 1000 = x
x = 7 * 11 * 17 * 2.54^3 / 1000
x = 119 * 11 * 2.54^3 / 1000
x = (1190 + 119) * 2.54^3 / 1000
x = (1290 + 19) * 2.54^3 / 1000
x = 1309 * 2.54^3 / 1000
x = 1.309 * 2.54^3
x = 21.450666776
