What was the deal between Scott Steiner and DDP's ex wife Kimberly Page?

I heard Scott Steiner said something controversial about DDP's ex wife Kimberly in a promo while in WCW, which caused Kimberly to quit and sparked a huge backstage brawl between Scott and DDP.

    If it is in a promo, it is used as a story.

    Some times a story can be real.

    Kevin Sullivan & Chris Benoit had a fight over Nancy. Some of the problems were used in promos.
