Spiritually speaking, do you go for a cheese board or dessert after a meal?

    I love sliced apple or pear and cheese; that is my usual dessert, if I have one.

    Exercise.

    I'd have cheese as a snack with some wine, not immediately after dinner.

    Dessert only on special occasions.
