True, God created everything and everyone, but all of his human and angellic creations have free will. Satan chose to rebel against Jehovah. Just as you may have, in your own small way, created a son or daughter, they have free will. As they grow older, they can choose to hate and disobey you, even if you raised them perfectly in a perfect environment. It's all a matter of free will.
