If you take nytol to sleep is it ok if I have a whiskey before?

    You can but it's not a good idea.

    Nytol is an antihistamine. Nothing more. It's no worse to drink whiskey with Nytol than to take a hay fever tablet.

    Hm. Ignoring the fact that I do not take Nytols to sleep, if I take a Nytol it will not affect your whiskey choices ☺.

    Just out of curiosity, what are you drinking whiskey before exactly? Sleep, I'm guessing? I'm totally OK if you drink whiskey before I take a Nytol to sleep. Go right ahead!

    Not a good idea to mix booze with sleep aids. probably says that on the package of Nytol
