The 11 was actually roman numerals.

    date can be written in 3 formats;

    1. Day/Month/Year - (invalid because no 23rd month)

    2. Month/Day/Year - Valid

    3. Year/Month/Day - (invalid because no 23rd month)

    So, in our case, it is: Month/ day/year <= ans
