Is there any shifting chance to mars from the earth soon?

    Not soon... Once a program to land men on Mars begins - I'd give it 15 years minimum before there are boots on Mars... And, so far... no program is even in the planning phases.

    Nope.

    But the way things are going you might soon shift to a refugee camp, or if things get real bad, a concentration camp.

    What do you mean by "shifting chance"? If you're envisioning alleviating population pressures by moving to another planet, that's simply never going to happen. Even if we had a robust interplanetary infrastructure allowing for spacecraft departing for Mars daily, Earth is adding 100 million people to its global population annually. There's no way moving people to Mars could solve even a millionth of that problem.

    I think Space-X are experimenting with a Mars lander, but that won't happen for a few years yet.
