Which degree do you think is better to have?

General studies associate degree or a human services associate degree? Which one looks better and gives more opportunity and range for career choices?

    General studies would give you unspecialized or general knowledge so would applynt a wider range of jobs. The human services degree would give you specialized knowledge within the human services arena. If you are wanting to go into some career in human services then go with that. The general studies would be more appropriate if you have not decided on a field or are planning to go on to a four year degree in something other than human services. It is more important to find a major in a field you want and can enjoy to some extent instead of focusing on what would look better to some random unknown future employer.

    An Associates is worth next to nothing these days. You need a Masters.
