What could be the reasons for this? Also I'm not being nosey, I help her with everything and right now she away and I just saw this?

I know my sister has purchased New Chapter stuff before like vitamins and stuff from amazon but when I go on my sisters amazon prefect prenatal pops up on the right side, does this mean my sister view their prenatal or it's just showing since she's gotten stuff from new chapter? She has 3 kids and she's under lots of stress, plus she take cares of her sick father and she's in her early 40s and is started to take care of herself again and workout. She has bone problems and has a belly button herina, I help her with every single thing, from the kids to the house and etc., she's away and I can't get in touch with her and I just found this, could this be she's looking at prenatal or not?
