I pee when I cough help ?!?

I'm ill and have a chest infection and most if the time when I cough hard I pee a lot but the thing is I keep going to the toilet and don't need to go is it something I can stop ? I've never had kids but I'm slightly overweight I weigh 12 stone and am female (obvs) it's so fustragting as I have to ware pads and it sometimes goes through

    The reason why Tena Lady was invented was for this. Many females have stress incontinence, see your Doctor, there are pelvic floor excercises which will help.

    You have what is know as stress incontinence. Go to your female Dr. or a urologist and they will offer solutions.
