I can’t tell if it’s just bleeding or a period but I jut wanna know if this means I can now get pregnant and if I do will it have any bad effects on the baby ?

Can it happen straight away ? Or does it literally take years I’ve been spotting since coming off of that helps ?

I came off the pill and I think I might be pregnant I'm having all the symptoms but the other day i accidentally took the pill without realising I've stopped since then but today I started bleeding like a period so I took my pill my boyfriend then told me not to as I could still be pregnant is he right ?
