Can antibiotics give me a false positive ?

I ve been given metronidazole and doxycycline and I ve had all the symptoms of pregnancy can they affect the body in that way or give me a false positive?

    They can cause many of the symptoms, such as frequent urination, moodiness, nausea, etc. But they won't cause a pregnancy test to come up with a false positive.
