KZOY out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota is the station that is probably up your alley.
Their slogan is "Where it's ALWAYS in the 80s!"
The station was founded in 2009 by John and Heidi Small, who grew up in the 80s and love everything that decade represents, especially the music.
I discovered the station around 2011 while looking for episodes of 'American Top 40: The 80s' hosted by Casey Kasem.
Occasionally they'll throw in a song from 1990 or '91 but otherwise everything they play is all from the 1980s.
They recently returned to online streaming after going silent for a few weeks (February-March 2017) due to financial costs.

Ohio has 511 stations, spread across many major cities. At least 45-50 stations scattered across the state play oldies, (which generally does include this era).. Some cities may include markets from adjacent states, like Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania and WestVirginia, which may increase the possibilities, if you live near a state border.
http://radiolocator.com/ is a good resource, as are most search engines. plug in your City, State, Radio, 1980-1990 and you'll be surprised at what pops up in google, ask, bing, yahoo search, dogpile, and others. You might also review the list found on Wiki, that breaks down the categories more than Radiolocator. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_radio_statio...
